The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a patio area, a balcony, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting. |

| The accomodation is on 2 floors the 3 bedrooms and both bathrooms are on the top floor the third bedroom has a double bed with single bunk above also has an extra foldaway bed if needed. The en-suite Master Bedroom has patio doors which lead out to the balcony over looking the heated pool and spar. Downstairs there is a seperate Toilet with wash basin and a laundry room, in the Lounge one of the sofas pulls out to make a further bed if needed. The patio doors lead out to the porch and pool area. The accomodation is furnished to a high quality with everything you would need to make your stay perfect. |
