It has a private west facing swimming pool, access to a shared west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, interesting views (see below for details), a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting. |

| Highland Reserves and Golf, is one of the most prestigious developments in Central Florida. It is renowned for its beautiful setting amongst established citrus groves, youthful pines and conservation nature reserves. It is situated on Highway 27, about two miles south of Highway 192. It is conveniently located for Disney World (10 minutes), Universal Studios (20 minutes), Tampa and Clearwater beach on the Gulf coast (1 hour approx), and Cocoa beach and the Kennedy Space Centre on the Atlantic (1 hour 30 minutes approx). The villa is located in the quiet heart of the resort, and backs onto a small, pinewood, providing seclusion from passers-by and golfers. The tennis courts, children’s play area, and communal pool are just a short walk away. |
